MERCY MISSION - MEDAN, INDONESIA

Homes of Hope International secured a large house in the city of Medan to house up to 28 tsunami refugees from Banda Aceh. The house needed extensive renovations ... and it needed to happen within the next two weeks. The call went out out for one or two builders from Australia to travel to Medan immediately and supervise the project. Within three hours, God had moved in a mighty way and we had our two volunteers!

Nathan Banks and David Cooke (pictured below) flew out on February 3rd for two very busy weeks in Medan. Both men felt a strong conviction to respond to this need and all the doors opened from there.

The Project ....

They needed to renovate this house completely in less than two weeks!

And they did it !!
